Product Description
Redesigned in a new ORANGE color. Don't buy fake models. Use original Watch Pavilion made link remover. FOUR (4) Extra Pins INCLUDED. Manufactured to strict quality standards this link remover is the best heavy duty twist movement tool to remove stubborn watch links. Most link removers use a small handle, but this larger model makes it easier to remove links. Link remover will push the pin out, and you will need a small needle nose plier to fully pull the pin out. Watch Band Link Remover for Bracelet Adjustments Watch Watch Band Link Remover for Bracelet Adjustments - Watch Band Link Remover for Bracelet Adjustments. Twist design makes it easy to remove or add links to your watch band. Every watch collector needs a watch adjuster as part of their collection. Stop wasting money taking it to a jewler when you can do it yourself. It pays for itself after 2 uses and lasts for many years. Easily alter your watch at home without scratching the band. Fits most bands using a pin system to hold links together. Comes with four extra pins for replacing bent pins. Many watch bands use directional link pins, therefore you must push in the direction of the pin. Improper use of the tool will damage the pin and your tool. Please be careful when pushing the pin. It should easily slide out with some force. If you are pushing very hard and no movement, try using some lubricant like WD40 to help the pin slide out.

1 out of 5 stars not satisfied   July 28, 2010

When I tried to take the watch band apart all the pins in the tool broke and would not push the pin out of the band.

2 out of 5 stars Doesn't Work With Wide Bands   March 20, 2010
Richard Niewiroski Jr. (Pasadena, CA USA)
This product may be a decent product, but it does not work with wide male bands. It definitely did not fit any of my Swiss and Nixon bands. Because of this limited functionality, I can not recommend this product to anyone other than someone who has narrow band watches.

5 out of 5 stars Very happy with this product.   December 2, 2009

I used it on a citizen ecodrive and have removed several pins. Not heavy duty, but worked great.

5 out of 5 stars It works   November 25, 2009

As long as you are careful and take your time and align it properly...this can be done quickly. Works great for me. Only broke one pin on my first try because I did not have it aligned correctly.

1 out of 5 stars Nowhere near "Heavy Duty". Not Recommended   November 15, 2009
ScenicViewer (San Joaquin Valley, California)
I have removed hundreds of watch pins using a fairly flimsy pin pusher that came with a kit. I saw this 'Heavy Duty' one and thought I'd upgrade to a better tool. However, I have to say that this tool is the worst one of this type I've seen. It is lighter duty than the one I already had....not Heavy Duty at all....and the driver breaks way too easily....in fact the first pin I tried to remove resulted in a broken driver. It was brittle, and I could hear the metal cracking under very little pressure. I went back to the old tool and removed the same watch pin easily, as well as many since. With the old tool, I have yet to break a single pin pusher.

I'm still looking to upgrade to a better tool, but this isn't it. Also, the one I got is blue, not orange as advertised. Because of getting the wrong color, as well as a flimsy, light duty tool, it makes me wonder if I was shipped the wrong item. I've sent an email to DBRoth, but as of yet, no reply.

UPDATE 11-18-09: DBRoth issued a full refund, shipping charges included. I am not required to return the broken tool.
